Interest @ 2.5-3.0% p.a. above 3M LIBOR plus a facility fee of 0.75-1% per 30 days

Flexible bridging loans
- Commercial Acceptances offers flexible bridging loans with no minimum periods.
- Our bridging loans are usually made available for periods of 3-12 month but longer in certain circumstances.
- There are no arrangement fees or redemption fees for our bridging loans and we do not charge penalties for early repayment.
- We lend against valuation, not purchase price. Our bridging loans rates are usually calculated at 70% of mortgage valuation, but in some cases we will lend up to 80% of value, regardless of purchase price.
