Bridging loans
With over 25 years experience in the bridging loan market Commercial Acceptances are recognised by property developers and investors as one of the most competitive short term bridging lenders in the market. We have a wealth of experience and understand that property developers and investors need access to fast short term bridging finance with the minimum of bureaucracy and paper work.
- Commercial Acceptances usually lend up to 70% of the mortgage valuation of the property/properties being offered as security (but up to 85% in certain situations) regardless of purchase price
- We fund development projects and will assist with the cost of works usually lending between 70%-100% of the cost of works in stage payments dependent on the initial loan to value.
- We lend for periods ranging from 30 to 360 days, but longer loan terms are available on request. There are no fees in the event of early repayment.

- We are a principal lender, enabling us to provide fast property finance. A decision, in principle, can be given immediately over the phone and completion is possible within 24 hours.
