Lending criteria

CA Trade has slightly different lending and qualifying criteria to our standard bridging loans:

• Proven track record
• Loans issued for 360 days or longer in some cases
• London and Home Counties only
• Minimum loan of £250,000
• Residential development or income producing properties only
• Minimum construction costs of £125,000
• For residential developments we’ll usually lend up to 55% of the gross development value. We usually structure the loan facility to cover all construction, infrastructure, services and additional professional costs. You can put any remainder towards the purchase or refinance costs or possibly interest cover.
• We consider each application on its own merits and structure and price loans to suit each case’s specific requirements.
