Bridging Loan Rates
- A rate of 0.99% will be chargeable on the amount borrowed every 30 days. However rates are subject to change and will increase or decrease in line with movements in 3m LIBOR(The London Inter Bank Offered Rate For Three Month Sterling Deposits).
- Rates will be adjusted on each 30 day anniversary of the facility.
- The overall cost for comparison is 12.4% APR.
- A £200 admin fee, will be payable on completion of the bridging loan.
Bridging loan amounts
- We lend from £26,000 to £3.5 million secured against residential or commercial property.
Flexible bridging loans
- Commercial Acceptances offers flexible bridging loans with no minimum periods.
- Typically, our bridging loans are available from 90 to 180 days, but longer in some cases
- There are no arrangement or redemption fees for our bridging loans, and no charges for early repayment
- We usually calculate our bridging loan rates at 65% of mortgage valuation. In some cases, we lend up to 75% of value
