Bridging Loan Rates from 0.99%

Rates from 0.99% will be chargeable on the amount borrowed every 30 days. Rates are subject to change and will increase or decrease in line with movements in 3m LIBOR (London Inter Bank Offered Rate). The overall cost for comparison is 12.4% APR.

Introducing CA Trade

Depending on the project and your experience, we have introduced a range of slightly longer-term finance options from 5 - 12 months. CA Trade has slightly different lending criteria, but we can provide flexible project finance options specific to your needs. We are particularly interested in funding residential development projects and income producing property proposals within London and the home counties.
